This week I started by miniaturizing my sumo pcb. I milled it and soldered it as well. I then finished the cad model and printed it. I also assembled it.
I Used the chop saw to cut a shaft out of a steel bar. I then used the bench sander to grind a key into it. I designed a Interface between the shaft and the bearing. I also updated the wheel design to allow for the shaft to be pressed into it. I have also been trying to fix the motors because the traces are coming off.
